Acceptance Test Driven Development - The story of a team becoming successful in delivering the right software

Łukasz shares how his team at Nokia adopted Acceptance Test Driven Development, showing how cooperation can build a solid cross functional team from testers, developers, product owner and specifiers. In this session, you’ll hear how they were working before, the problems they had, and how ATTD helped them to deliver software on time and (almost) without bugs.

He’ll tell you how his team deals with product backlog refinement, test workshops and sprint planning. You’ll see examples of the how their testcases can help developers to writing code. He’ll show you how a single test case can be easy to read and understand, how it can be automated and how that same test case acts as documentation.

Key takeaways
  1. Writing good acceptance tests can drive development
  2. Cooperation in cross functional team helps to deliver the right software on time
  3. Real story of the team and their way towards ATDD.
