Radosław Smilgin

Head of Committee

Founder of testerzy.pl, an expert in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, an entrepreneur and a trainer.

In his work he combines two schools of testing - formal testing and the exploratory one.

The originator and organizer of TestingCup - Software Testing Championship & Conference.

An accredited ISTQB trainer and a member of the working group preparing a new version of the ISTQB Foundation Level Syllabus. The author of the book for beginners "Zawód Tester" (ang. Profession: Tester) and the chapter on exploratory testing in the well-received 'Software testing in practice. Case study.'.

He shares his knowledge and experience on the Internet at testerzy.pl and in many lectures in Poland and abroad.

Łukasz Gałuszka

Tester and test manager with more than 10 years of experience in the field. He works at a company that makes software for telecommunication service providers.

He has been testing software, elements of telecommunication networks and from time to time - patience of developers.

Certified ISTQB Foundation Level tester. Volunteer and member of jury. In TestingCup crew since the 1st edition.

Jakub Rosiński

Test engineer by heart with over 10 years of professional experience. Currently QA Architect still in touch with "real testing". Has tested many different systems throughout his career (at that time they were called by buzzwords that are no longer in use).

Works in and believes in agile approach and self organising teams - this belief got him to the highest stand of TestingCup 2019.

Critique, certified owner and trainer of ISTQB certification. Loves to teach and to give lectures, but even more to observe people grow!

Patrycja Tomaszewska

Certified ISTQB Tester and Professional Scrum Master. Currently working for IDEMIA Poland R&D as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for end-to-end testing of the whole Digital Payment platform, including backend, frontend and mobile.

A testing passionate, always eager to participate in testing community meetings. Speaker on the ConSelenium and TestWarez conferences. Since 2017, a regular TestingCup contestant. The winner of TestingCup 2019 (team category). Finally, a member of the Judging Committee.

In her spare time she travels as much as possible, relaxes by playing drums and bakes cakes to make all around lives sweeter.

Piotr Wicherski

Mobile QA enthusiast. He is involved in the testing community, a bit.

An accidentally certified software tester, and also a great enthusiast for all kind of mobile devices and mobile operating systems. In the mobile world since 2008.

Previously worked for T-Mobile, Samsung R&D, Allegro and Applause. He has experience with mobile hardware, applications and operating systems.

The administrator of Testowanie Oprogramowania group on Facebook. Apart from professional work, he actively supports organizations and activities aimed at promoting knowledge and good practices in software quality, also a member of the Polish Software Testing Board.

Mentor, speaker and organizer at events like TestWarez, TestingCup and Agile & Automation Days. Lecturer for mobile applications testing at Vistula University in Warsaw.

Michał Zacharuk

A member of the TestingCup Crew since the very first edition. He started and sharpened his testing skills with the testerzy.pl team. Now, Michał is involved in projects from the banking and telecommunication sectors. In his career he focuses on technical aspects of testing. In his spare time he transforms to the Witcher and during summer attends music festivals.
