Get more time for testing with Zero Waste

Can one apply ecological principles to software testing? The philosophy of “Zero Waste” involves reengineering product lifecycles to leave nothing unused. It is often described in terms of the “Five Rs”: refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle and rot.

In this keynote, Kinga looks at the activities of a software tester through the lens of Zero Waste, describing ways that the principle has helped her to save time and to extract the most important tasks. You’ll hear more about avoiding time-wasting meetings, piles of documentation and dealing with time pressure from the perspective of Product Owner and Software Tester.
