Mobbing with Maaret

Mob testing is a group testing activity, using one computer. A Mob is “All the brilliant people, working on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer.“ Mobbing makes a great mechanism for building habits and transferring skills.

Maaret will set the room up with two main roles: the Mob and the Observers. Observers can rotate into the Mob and offer their insights in regular retrospectives. You’ll bring your own skills to the Mob – and perhaps see how your skillset is uniquely valuable.

In this session, you’ll discover how a Mob works, how an expert facilitator makes it work well, and you’ll get a glimpse into how other people think as they test.
