Since the 1st edition in 2013 she puts her heart and soul to make TestingCup great experience for everyone. Joanna is responsible for organizational affairs, logistics, and also for making contact with contestants, speakers and partners of TestingCup. She is also organising Agile & Automation Days conference since 2015. Energetic, enthusiastic and creative she loves working with people, thinking out-of-the-box and dealing with challenges. Joanna is really passionate about good food being a decent cook herself, she is also occasional gamer and a pop culture geek. Her motto is “work hard and be nice to people”.

EMILIA LENDZION-BARSZCZ
Emilia has been testing stuff as long as she can remember. At first it was her parents patience which was tested, then she moved on to testing durability of different equipment (including computers). After 2012 she decided that her approach would work well in software testing. The more effort she puts in accomplishing a task, the bigger the smile on her face. She is always eager to share her knowledge because… why shouldn’t she? She is a well grounded optimist whose main interest lies in security testing. After hours she lectures, is a speaker and conducts workshops, writes a blog called javagirl.pl. She also volunteers at an orphanage and puts together various conferences around Poland.

PATRYCJA ROZMYŚLAK
Patrycja works as Software Analyst at ITMAGINATION but started career as a software tester couple years ago - looking for a hole in the whole it has always been and it is a greatest entertainment for her ;) She considers the greatest positive value of working in IT is the opportunity to work with ambitious people who motivate to achieve their goals (not only professional ones) faster and faster! Her hobby is a photography, computer graphic and occasional tasting of a good whiskey.

KAMILA MROZEK
Kamila is a quality engineer at Objectivity in Poland with 4 years of experience in testing. She suffers from Tester Hyperactivity Disorder – she tries to be present absolutely everywhere, learns quickly and constantly search for new ways to improve her testing. Some say, that her creativity is boundless. They may be correct because often she creates some funny images, written texts for blog or presentations. She believes that nothing is impossible. Her motto is “I can not do it? Hold my coffee.”. Despite the critical approach to software, she remains a tireless optimist. Privately her passions are long and short distance traveling with casual and competition gun shooting.

Lawyer by education, passionate about event managing. Olga is a new member of TestingCup Crew and cannot be more thrilled to work on this project. She is hardworking life enthusiast who loves people. Privately, she is a mom of a wonderful boy and they love to explore the world together. When she finds time for herself she reads books, watches soccer and practices yoga.

Author of publications on testing and quality assurance. Lecturer at Polish and foreign testing conferences

Software developer and IT department leader. Co-creator of two editions of Mr Buggy: 2014 and 2016. Responsible for technical matters of TestingCup. Enthusiastic player of board games, turn-based strategy games and Magic: The Gathering. Fan of basketball and culture of medieval Japan. His hobbies include painting miniature figures from fantasy worlds.

Beren Van Daele - Ghent, BE - Co-Creator of TestSphere, Test Coach, advisor, trainer & motivator, Organiser of BREWT I’m a software tester from Belgium who shapes teams and testers to improve on their work and their understanding of testing. I’m an organizer of BREWT: the Belgian Peer conference & test meetup in my hometown: Ghent, the creative brain behind TestSphere and speaker at multiple conferences.

Christopher Kołodziejczyk
Certified software tester (ISTQB Foundation Level), who works for testerzy.pl. Founder and president (2011 - 2013) of the "Alternative Culture Association". By passion, the organizer, co-organizer and volunteer of events of various types (charity, entertainment, scientific and other): "Asucon - Festival of Japanese Culture", "March of ZOMBIE", "Slot Art Festival","Testing Cup", "Agile & Automation Days". Author of articles about the software testing and a series of videos about test automation in Java for testerzy.pl YouTube channel. His passions are: books, music, cinema, theater, travel, and in particular board and retro RPG games. Openminded and communicative, he is constantly learning from himself and from other, more experienced people.
